At printbysole, all our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of personalized products, we have the following policy:

Non-Returnable Items: All customized and personalized products (including but not limited to mugs, cushions, keychains, necklaces, rings, t-shirts, frames, LED lamps, watches, wallets, and all other printed/engraved items) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

• Item received is damaged or broken
• Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Item not delivered within the promised timeframe

How to Claim:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Send clear photos of the damaged/wrong item to our contact email
• We will offer a free replacement or full refund after verification

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, production begins and cancellation is not possible.
